這是我 Red Hot Chili Peppers 最愛的歌，從前奏出現的那一剎那，彷彿整個人開始隨著音樂的節奏跑動，直到第一句 Can’t Stop 帶著強大的能量出現。
主唱 Anthony Kiedis 以非常有個人魅力的口氣唱著 Rap 節奏般的主歌搭配吉他手 John Frusciante 的合聲，貝斯手 Flea 彈奏著具有衝擊力的 Bass Line，讓人只想跟著音樂擺動著，It Just Can’t Stop！！
副歌 Anthony Kiedis 用有點黏的口吻唱著，完完全全展現出個人特別的魅力，尤其是每一個段落的結尾句，總是唱著直達心中，那股餘韻不斷地蔓延著。
我也非常喜歡結束整首歌的 This life is more than just a read through，這代表著 Red Hot Chili Peppers 的不平凡和偉大的音樂造詣，這場人生不能只是讓他過去，要用自己的力量，帶給世界不一樣的衝擊。不論是詞或曲，Can’t Stop 都深深地吸引著我。
MV 裡 Red Hot Chili Peppers 完完全全展現出他們搞怪、叛逆的精神，讓整首歌透過視覺，讓人感覺更加動感。
影像呈現受到 Erwin Wurm 的創作 ‘One-Minute Sculptures’ 所啟發，因此 MV 有很多抽象的意境，例如 Anthony 戴著眼鏡面對長長黃色的管子哼唱著、四個人背著東西在空間裡奔跑、Frusciante 彈奏著不像他風格的橘色吉他等等，讓整部 MV 充滿著歡樂的氣氛，卻又隱含著某種意義。
