Swing, Swing 是 The All-American Rejects 首張同名專輯的第一支單曲，也是樂團在美國成功的開端。
這首歌曲由主唱 Tyson Ritter 和吉他手 Nick Wheeler 共同創作，Ritter 提到這首歌描是在他祖父母的一間小屋裡完成的，因為和前女友之間的關係處得非常糟糕，感覺一切都變得非常低落，因此寫下了這首歌。
