這首 Stop Crying Your Heart Out 收錄於 Oasis 的第五張專輯 “Heathen Chemistry”，在這段時間裡還發行了一段小插曲，那就是在專輯正式發行前，裡頭的歌曲就被非法洩漏出去，並且在網路上快速地傳播，使得專輯發行前裡頭的歌曲已經被大家熟知。
網路非法散布事件或多或少影響了專輯的銷售量，但是影響不了 Oasis 音樂的美好，Stop Crying Your Heart Out 登上 “UK Singles Chart 英國單曲告示牌行榜” 的第二名，更入選 2010 年澳洲的 Hit Magazine 公布的 “100 Greatest Songs of the 21st Century 21世紀百大歌曲” 的第 22 名，成為 Oasis 最受歡迎的單曲之一。
