【熊貓人音樂】衝出這片黑暗 Run for Our Lives

熊貓人音樂，我們一起在這些難忘的夜裡聽好歌。

今天潘德曼要跟大家分享，每當感到沮喪或是難過時，常常陪伴著我的歌曲，由 Snow Patrol 演唱的 Run，這首歌能夠讓我在一片黑暗中，彷彿看見一到強光，指引全新的方向，拋開那些 Blue 心情，不斷往前奔跑。

樂團主唱 Gary Lightbody 在訪問中提到，這首歌在訴說的，是一個想像中的世界，並且把自已的一切投射在這個世界裡，整首歌就像是自己的心情寫照。

Run 收錄在 Snow Patrol 2003 年推出的專輯 “Final Straw”，這張專輯對整個樂團來說，是非常重要的轉捩點。Snow Patrol 於 1994 年正式在 University of Dundee 成軍，在這段期間發行過兩張樂團的專輯，但是在銷售量上面都沒有非常亮眼的成績。

直到 “Final Straw” 的推出，讓來自北愛爾蘭的樂團 Snow Patrol 一舉打響樂團的知名度，從此逐漸受到注目，讓樂團在各個國家的專輯銷售量都有不錯的進展，也奠定往後幾年推出的新專輯讓樂團在全世界更受到矚目的根基。

我覺得 Snow Patrol 最迷人的地方在於，歌曲所營造出的意境是低溫的、是幽暗的，而主唱 Gary Lightbody 的嗓音是一種帶有救贖的微光，不會過度強烈，卻能清楚地在這片模糊裡，投射出最清晰的影像，指引著正確的方向。

這首 Run 對我而言是一首非常重要的歌曲，在很多沮喪的時刻，這首歌帶給我光，讓我能夠衝出身後這一片黑色。
