Khi-Ke-Tshu, means ancestral house, is a start point of a family, and the members in it left their footprints from generation to generation.
However, in Tainan urban area, there are many retained Khi-Ke-Tshu turn into ruins.
To reborn the Khi-Ke-Tshu, we’ll give a new spatial feeling in it through our SPACE RECONSTRUCTION, which is not only change the old, vertical, and independent life patterns into the new life style, but also maintain the privacy of original residents in the private houses, and let the neighborhoods communicate with each other horizontally.
