追星族又稱迷妹，大多人對迷妹們的印象都是瘋狂的、不明理的，其實追星與任何的喜好或興趣沒有不同，是心靈的寄託也是生活中的動力，希望透過這本書能撇除對追星的刻板印象和標籤，理解追星也是一個正向的興趣。
