還記得去年的 12 月，潘德曼介紹過英國鋼琴搖滾樂團 KEANE 的成名曲 Somewhere Only We Know，今晚，要帶給大家 KEANE 最新的專輯 “Strangeland” 裡，我非常喜歡的一首歌：Sovereign Light Café

這首歌的靈感來自於 Bexhill-on-Sea 城鎮上一間坐落於小鎮旁的咖啡廳，名字就叫做 Sovereign Light Café，而這間咖啡廳就在 KEANE 團員們從小長大的地方附近呢。

這首歌描寫著一種回家的心境，回到從小長大的城鎮，看看四周的人事物，不禁有股非常深刻的懷念湧上心頭。家鄉，靜靜地佇立在那片土地上，等著離鄉背井的我們，有一天帶著經過歷練而成長的心歸來，讓我們能拋開一切煩惱好好地休息，累積能量重新出發，去追尋夢想。

整首 Sovereign Light Café 聽起來非常溫暖，就好像天空中和煦的太陽正對著我們展開笑顏，漾著溫暖的微笑。也許這就是回家的美好，曾經熟悉的人事物和那些美好時光，都是我們人生的一部分。
