主要目的是期望當地女孩可以了解生理期，藉由了解生理狀況減少對於經期的恐懼，進而得到良好的處理。因此整體主要藉由男女生理相呼應的方式，讓女孩們了解男女生在成長過程中都同樣會遇到生理上的變化，只是表現的形式不同。最後我們放上經期的應對方式、緩解經期的方法、當地的迷思解答以及當地容易遭遇的問題與應對方法。

主要提供女孩解決的方法，我們以提供製作的工具及材料替代直接提供衛生用品的方式，希望藉由教學以及動手製作讓女孩們得以藉由自己的手製作出屬於自己的布衛生棉，且由於製作的材料能夠在當地取得，因此在生理物資缺乏的狀況下他們可以在當地取得材料並自行動手製作，不會因物資供應的斷絕而無所適從。

We hope that through teaching and hands-on production, girls can make their own cloth sanitary napkins with their own hands.
