TRANS台鐵清潔人員用具設計

由於鐵路的普及和便利，加上大眾對於環保的意識提升，在南北往來時使得現今搭乘台鐵的旅客逐年上升，依研究數據顯示，十年內平均每日增加十萬名乘客，因此垃圾量也變大，而身為大學四年都搭乘台鐵對號列車通勤的我們，是看著清潔人員的工作負荷量變得更加龐大、在小小的走道上有許多不便。

Due to the popularity and convenience of railways and the increase in public awareness of environmental protection, the number of passengers taking Taiwan Railways to travel between North and South has increased year by year. According to research data, there will be an increase by 100,000 of the daily passengers in average in ten years. Meanwhile, the amount of litter has also increased. As a passenger who has been commuting on Taiwan Railways train during the university’s four years, we founded that the cleaning staff’s workload has become greater which they cannot afford and causes a lot of inconveniences in the narrow aisles.

​​​​​​​對號列車上的清潔人員大部分為年過半百的中年婦女，工作內容除了清掃外有時還需協助販售台鐵便當，而目前的推車及社會觀感對於清潔人員來說並不友善，不管是生理還是心理，對他們來說都是一項負擔 。

改善原有清潔推車行進在狹窄的車廂走道時的困難，開口自由收合的方式能更輕鬆穿越走道收拾垃圾，也大幅縮小了推車的體積，整體上顯得輕巧方便，並且對於需協助台鐵販售便當，我們以模組化的方式變化推車型態為不同工作模式，改變既定的推車印象，提升工作的專業度、衛生觀感。

針對在人流眾多的車廂走道無法以推車進行作業，而須以手持垃圾袋的清潔方式進行工作，而長期的提著垃圾袋會使手部產生諸多職業傷害，為了使手持方式的清潔作業更加輕鬆而設計出此裝置，以單輪及枴杖的形式讓行進時更為靈活方便，也較能在搖晃的車廂中維持身體的平衡，降低職業傷害。
