以內循環扇搭配加熱、降溫裝置打造公共場域的內循環溫度空間，在寒流與熱浪時，給予行人和一定空間內的溫度庇護區域；減少因日益極端的氣候對人體健康造成的傷害。
The internal circulation fan is equipped with heating and cooling devices to create an internal circulation temperature space in the public area, and give pedestrians and homeless a certain temperature sheltered area during cold currents and heat waves; reduce the harm to human health caused by the increasingly extreme climate.
