絲網花源自日本，花瓣上的絲網鬆緊影響其顏色的深淺與濃淡。根據此觀察深入研究可能性，以相同單位面積的彈性布面測試不同控制方式來製造出疏密效果，再將面積加大，設計面上紋樣，找出關於彈性布面的有趣控制點並歸納結果。以縫線控制疏密並以黃銅零件作為裝飾，將效果塑造於屏風，呈現半透光疏密感。
